What I build. And why I always diagnose before I touch anything.

Here's what I know: small businesses move faster than corporations. Your whole team can actually adopt something you build. You can scope, build, and have an automation running in the time a large organization spends choosing a vendor. That agility is an advantage most small business owners don't fully realize they have.

That's the gap I work in. One person, 25 years of translating broken systems, working directly with you. I diagnose before I build, deliver in weeks, and stay on for the long run.

I've taught everyone from elementary school students to university administrators. The audience changes, the medium changes, but the core work is identical: I sit between a complicated system and the human trying to use it, and I make the system work for the human.

Then I watched the same corporation start rolling AI out the wrong way. Tools pushed without proper training or judgment about which ones actually fit. Work being replaced that shouldn't have been. A productivity layer slapped on top of broken processes, then called a strategy.

That's when I left to build mosAIc operations.

What that background actually gives you

I can walk into a small business and read its operations the same way I used to read the operations of a college department or a national sales territory. The patterns are the same: manual workarounds that became permanent, tools nobody trained on, processes that only the founder understands. The translator job is identical. The scale is smaller, and that's the advantage.

That's the work I spent 25 years doing at scale. Now I do it for businesses that deserve the same level of attention, without the enterprise overhead.

I've been told I'm easy to talk to my whole career. In waiting rooms, on planes, at conferences. Strangers tell me things they probably wouldn't tell someone they'd known for years.

I used to think that was just a personality quirk. Now I understand it's the most important part of this work.
