You started this business to run it. Lately, it's been running you.

But here you are. Copying data between systems. Chasing the same follow-up emails. Manually building invoices one at a time. Doing the work that was supposed to be your team's job, or no one's job at all.

What I build.
And how I decide what to build for you.

If you or your team is doing work that should be automatic, that’s what I fix. Every engagement starts with a paid Business Automation Audit. I diagnose before I build, deliver in weeks, and stay on for the long run.

Automation Examples

Below are just three examples of what I build. Every engagement is scoped to what your business actually needs.

Step 1 Discovery Call Free.

30 minutes. We both decide if it's a fit before anything moves.

You might already know exactly what's slowing your business down. Or you might just know that something is, and haven't had time to figure out what. Either is a fine place to start.

Step 2 Paid Business Automation Audit $500.

A 90-minute call, a 13-section findings document that you keep, and a 60-minute walkthrough after delivery. The audit fee credits toward your build if you hire me.

It's a real deliverable. I do significant work reviewing your tools, mapping your workflows, and identifying your highest-impact opportunities. If we're not the right fit, you walk away with more clarity about your operations than you had before.

Step 3 Workflow Build Fixed price.

Scoped from your audit. Priced on complexity, integrations, and build time.

After the audit, I scope the build to exactly what your business needs. I design the automation, connect your tools, build and test every step, and train you and your team on how to use it. Most builds take 3 to 4 weeks from scope approval to go-live, followed by 30 to 60 days of stabilization while I monitor for edge cases and tune as needed. The fixed price is set and delivered in your audit findings.

Step 4 Managed Operations Monthly fee.

The monthly fee scales with your build. The bigger the automation, the more there is to maintain. I'll give you the exact number after your audit.

I continuously monitor what I build, fix it when it needed, and keep it running and adapting as your business evolves. Managed Operations covers all of that, as well as platform costs, AI subscription and token usage, bug fixes when APIs or tools update, and quarterly performance reviews.

AI Training for Teams

Most corporate AI rollouts fail the same way: buy the tool, skip the training, wonder why nobody adopted it six months later. I watched that pattern repeat for years from the inside. Now I teach small teams how to avoid it.

Sessions cover AI basics, how to use AI tools effectively, how to train your AI to work for you and as you, how to write prompts that actually work, and how to make your whole team more productive with AI built into their day. In person or remote, built around how your business actually works.

If something's been slowing your business down, whether you can name it yet or not, this is a safe place to start.
