What happens after you book.

When you book the call, you'll receive a confirmation, a calendar invite, and a short Discovery Survey. The survey takes about 5 minutes and gives me real context on your business before we talk: where time is going, what's been tried before, and what would change if the bottleneck disappeared.

It's optional, but the founders who fill it out get a much sharper call. I read every response personally before we speak.

After the call, if we both want to move forward, the next step is a paid $500 Business Automation Audit. That's where we go deep on your operations, map your workflows, and identify what automation can actually do for your business.

After the audit is delivered, builds typically begin within 2 to 4 weeks depending on schedule. Most builds take 3 to 4 weeks from kickoff to go-live, followed by 30 to 60 days of stabilization.
